There is no better way to discover Scotland s wildlife past and present than the Highland Wildlife park, located in within a beautiful setting in the Cairngorm National Park, close to Kincraig and only 7 miles from Aviemore.

The park features many of Scotlands wildlife that currently inhabits the country including the rare scottish wildcat, pine marten and red deer, other animals to see and once inhabitants of Scotland are the Wild horse, lynx, beavers and the very popular wolves. recently the wildlife park has expanded its collection of animals to include snow monkeys, red pandas, Amur tigers and polar bear, and all part of the parks conservation project.

The park starts with a drive through section to view camels, deer and other grazing animals, then you can discover all of the other animals on foot around the parks many paths and displays. The wildlife park also provides landrover tours around the reserve that can be booked on site.

Around the park you will find great facilities including gift shops, restaurants and an outdoor play area for kids.
